Our Return Policy
At Storeistan, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help. You may return most items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Quick Summary: Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
- You must provide a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt).
- The item must not be listed in the "Non-Returnable Items" section below.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Intimate items (such as innerwear, swimwear, and earrings) for hygiene reasons.
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered in any way.
- Products with broken seals or opened packaging where hygiene is a concern.
- Digital products or downloadable software.
- Gift cards and promotional vouchers.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at support@Storeistan.pk or call 0800-Storeistan within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide Details: Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number along with return shipping instructions.
- Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided. Include the RA number on the package.
- Tracking: We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:
- Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original payment method (JazzCash or EasyPaisa account).
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, a partial refund may be granted if the item shows signs of use, is missing parts, or is not in its original condition.
- Late Returns: Returns received after the 7-day window may be rejected or subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%.
Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or Wrong Items: If the return is due to our error (defective product, wrong item shipped), we will cover the return shipping cost.
- Change of Mind: If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, the return shipping cost is your responsibility.
- Shipping fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or variant, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item. Exchanges are subject to product availability. We process exchanges as a return plus a new order to ensure the fastest possible service.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, as quickly as possible.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched. To cancel, contact us at support@Storeistan.pk with your order number. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process once the item is delivered.
